Business Hours & Reservation Methods


1. What are your business hours?
13:00–22:00 (Irregular holidays, by appointment only)

2. How do I make a reservation?
You can make reservations through our web booking system, phone,
or direct message us on Instagram.  

For same-day appointments, calling is more reliable. However, please keep in mind that we may not be able to answer the phone during treatments.

3. Can I make same-day reservations?
Yes, same-day reservations are possible depending on availability.
Please contact us by phone or direct message us on Instagram to inquire.

4. Is there anything I should be aware of regarding appointment times?
Your reservation time is the treatment start time. Since this includes consultation time, we would appreciate it if you could arrive by your scheduled appointment time.

For outcall treatments, we require setup and cleanup time before and after the treatment. For salon treatments, we also provide separate time for hospitality services such as tea and foot baths, so please relax and enjoy your visit.

In the event that you arrive late, it may be difficult to adjust the end time due to subsequent appointments. In such cases, please understand that your treatment time may be shorter than planned.

Fees & Payment Methods


1. What are your standard courses and prices?

90 mins retreat (with oil/without oil)
  • ¥26,000 (90 minutes)
  • Our basic course that balances the entire body. Thoroughly relaxes the whole body and refreshes both mind and body.

120 mins retreat (with oil/without oil) - Recommended!
  • ¥33,000 (120 minutes)
  • While relaxing the entire body evenly, we focus particularly on tired areas. Recommended for those experiencing deep fatigue.

Treatment content can be customised to your preference.
Examples: 60 min oil + 60 min Thai massage / 30 min reflexology + 60 min Thai massage, etc.

2. What payment methods do you accept?
Cash or tap-enabled credit cards are accepted.

3. Do you offer package deals or course pricing?
Currently, we do not offer package deals or course pricing.

4. Is there a nomination fee?
There is no nomination fee.

Cancellation Policy
1. Will I be charged a cancellation fee?
For same-day cancellations, we charge 50% of the treatment fee as a cancellation fee.

2. How do I change or cancel my reservation?
You can change or cancel through the reservation system. If you cannot operate through the system, please contact us by phone or Instagram message.

What to Bring & Clothing


1. Do I need to change clothes?
For outcall treatments: If you request a dry massage, such as Thai massage, please wear comfortable, stretchy clothing.
For salon treatments: We will provide appropriate clothing for treatments at our spa.

2. Is there anything I should bring?
Nothing in particular. Please feel free to come empty-handed.

 2. What is the nearest bus stop?
Kabayama bus stop is the nearest bus stop and is a 5-minute walk to the salon. Since the bus service is infrequent, please check the schedule in advance before making your reservation.

Yes, we have parking available.

当日すぐにご利用をご希望の場合は、お電話が確実です。
ただし、施術中は電話に出られないことがございますので、ご了承ください。

3. 当日予約は可能ですか
はい、可能です。空き状況によりますので、お電話でお問い合わせください。

4. 予約時間について注意することはありますか
ご予約のお時間は施術開始時間となります。
カウンセリングを含めた施術のお時間となりますので、
ご予約時間までにお越しいただけますと幸いです。

 出張施術の場合は、準備と片付けのお時間を施術時間の前後にいただいております。
サロン施術では、お茶や足湯などのおもてなしのお時間も別途ご用意しておりますので、
ゆったりとお過ごしください。

万が一遅れてご到着された場合でも、
次のご予約との兼ね合いで終了時間の調整が難しい場合がございます。
その際は予定より短い施術時間となることをご了承ください。


料金について

1. スタンダードなコースと料金を教えてください

90 mins retreat（オイル/オイルなし）
  • ¥26,000（90分）
  • 全身をバランスよく整える基本のコース。まんべんなく全身をほぐし、
          心身をリフレッシュします。

120 mins retreat（オイル/オイルなし）おすすめ！
  • ¥33,000（120分）
  • 全身をまんべんなくほぐしつつ、特にお疲れの箇所には重点的にアプローチ。
　    深い疲れを感じている方におすすめです。

施術内容はお好きにカスタマイズできます。
例：オイル60分+タイ古式60分 / リフレクソロジー30分+タイ古式60分など

2. 支払い方法は何が使えますか？
現金、またはタッチ決済対応のクレジットカードがご利用いただけます。

3. 回数券やコース料金はありますか？
現在、回数券やコース料金のご用意はございません。

4. 指名料はかかりますか？
指名料はございません。

キャンセルポリシー

1.  キャンセル料はありますか？

当日キャンセルの場合、施術料金の50%をキャンセル料としていただきます。

2. 予約の変更やキャンセルはどうすればいいですか?
予約システムから変更・キャンセルが可能です。
システムから操作できない場合は、
お電話かInstagramのメッセージにてご連絡ください。

持ち物・服装

1. 着替えは必要ですか？
出張施術の場合： タイ古式マッサージなどドライマッサージをご希望の場合は、リラックスできるストレッチ性のある服装でお待ちください。

サロン施術の場合： 施術に適した服装をご用意しております。

2. 持参すべきものはありますか？
特にございません。手ぶらでお越しください。
